SManager Software startup

Hi, I'm having trouble starting the smanager software.

I have downloaded an installed the latest version to my computer, win 7 64 bit.
Installs with no error messages.
User guide starts automatically, but the program doesn't appear to do anything. Doesn't work when starting from the icon or directly from the directory. Drivers installed ok and when plug into the ecu it is recognised by the computer.

Have added the root to the anti-virus approved program list but still no change.

Any help would be most appreciated

It almost certainly is the anti-virus. We've found that adding an exception to the anti-virus does not work - it still blocks it. The only way with some anti virus software is to uninstall the whole anti-virus.
