upload problem

In left corner it says 'Driver installed', 'Ignition on', but it won't upload to the ECU. It won't erase the ECU as well. Can't start my car. Please help.

Honda civic ep2 (k24 turbo)
Serial number 40282
- version of software being used 4
- ECU part number 37820-PRA-E13 367489-4X12
- KManager version 4.0.8
- when and where you got the K-Pro (TUNING-DOC germany)
