No fuel no spark

I'm having an issue with my 2006 acura rsx type s with a JRSC and the car was running good and all I did was change the engine oil, trans fluid, and just re-adjusted the injector clips and ground wire it is on the valve cover bolt for better ground. The one big mistake I made was I forgot to disconnect the battery when I was fiddling with the harness. Now when I go to start to the car everything looks good lights come on fuel pump builds over 40 psi in the fuel rail and cranks over. I have over 12 volts to the clip going into the coil pack, I checked all the fuses under the hood and under the dash including the two 15 amp fuses behind the glove box(fi ecu and I forget the other) but all are fine. I don't know what to look at next possibly a relay or see if there is a signal coming out of Kpro?
Thank you for any help!

Did you upload to the ECU when this happened or did you just do the things mentioned? I would go back over every single thing you have done recently as it sounds like something has been left off or put in the wrong spot.

It is likely to be the engine harness ground on the valve cover. Check no wires were broken, and that the timing cover and transmissions grounds are present and clean.

Try the ECU in a known working vehicle since you said you did not upload or make any changes to the ECU.

Well if I in plug or pull the fuse for the fuel and see if it sparks then flip and Check the fuel it should be pretty safe?...I don't wanto start the car fully on my setup with the oem ecu

The transmission ground, at least, needs to be removed and the point under each end cleaned down to bare metal.

Well I couldn't find people around to let me throw my kpro in their car so I just used the oem ecu and cranked it with the coils disconnected and smells fuel and looked wet inside, then I flopped it, connected the coils and disconnected the injectors and it fired or a second....so Basically I need a new ecu?

How exactly are you checking for spark?

Have the spark plug in the coil and touch the threads of the spark plug to the motor and crank it
