Error code 1 o2 oxygen sensor - with working wideband

Im getting error 1 - o2 sensor. I have the o2 heater disabled and my innovative wideband is working properly wired to primary o2 pin. D14 if I'm not mistaking.

Anyone had this issue? It seems random. One day it shows, the next it doesn't. It always goes away after i shut off the car.

Thanks.

could possibly be a bad splice in the harness? are your connections soldered?

have the same issue with my AEM wideband going into D14. Drives fine for a while and will randomly trip the cel. But once i restart the car it's gone.. Only happens when trying to run closed loop

Did anyone figure this out? Seeing same thing with PLX AFR to b6. Using "Stock ITR" calibration until apt with Church for tune.
Will try to catch logging but pretty random. Just don't want to take it in for tune if there's an issue with wideband.

Suspecting it could be my ground. I used factory ground location in cabin near hood release ('97 Integra).
This location is used by the cabin harness and OEM fog kit, really wanted to avoid running another wire through the firewall.

Thanks for any guidance,

Alan

Do not use D14 as it cannot see the entire voltage range. you should use one of the other inputs listed.
