PRA - Kpro V2 - LM2 - ELD Voltage FLAT 4.5v

Hello,

First time with this problem. The ELDv shows flat @ 4.5v and the AFR in the KManager is allways at 2x.x flat (correct with the table), never changes, the output of the wideband doesn't "enter" the software or ECU(?)...

Tuning a PRA with a Kpro V2, the LM2 is correctly wired, ELD wire is cut.
Voltage/AFR Tables are correct and ELD Disabled
Tried using de grounds on the ECU (LG1, 2, 3 and SG's directly) as well as the chassis.
Measured voltage at the widebad output is correct.

I've tuned many other PRA's and never encountered this problem with the same setup.

I've never seen ELD fail on an ECU, but it is possible. Double, triple check the pin before you do anything else. Post a photo here if you are unsure. You can try placing a 1.5V battery between ELD and ground and see what the voltage ECU sees.

Here is the image of the current setup

Green Wire is signal, yellow is ground.

Do not solder the wires to the ECU connectors - you should go through the connector!

It was my last resort as I couldn't have signal trough the wire on the plug.
The conections are correct, right?

I can't say if the wiring is correct because I can't see the ECU plug side, and if the ELD is wired to something else.

What is the yellow wire? Ground? Analog output ground or the ground for the o2 sensor heater?

I cannot confirm right now what the wires are. But you can rest assured that the conections are correct and the ground and signal wires also.
The same setup works flawlessly on other Board and Car...
Bit of a mistery, I will dig into it deeper when I retune the car and keep us all informed!
