Closed Loop conflict?

Am I correct in thinking there are two target lambda settings that more or less do the same thing in Smanager v2.3.7.0? The first being under Options/settings/target lambda and the second one under Parameters/Closed Loop Advanced/Target Lambda.

The one under options settings is only for the tables and has nothing to do with closed loop operation. Only the closed loop advanced has an effect on closed loop operation.
