Salvage flashpro

I'm looking at buying a used flashpro from EBay. The listing says that the unit was from a salvaged vehicle and is locked to that vehicle. I was wondering what u would have to do to have the unit unlocked

It cannot be unlocked without the ECU it was locked it.
