AEM Digital Gauge Sensor Data

I am trying to setup all of my AEM digital gauges to catalog on my S2000 KPro3. I have the gauges working like they are supposed to, but cannot seem to find the right input voltage data to make them appear on the data log as the correct info.

Example.
AEM digital oil pressure
Setup in Analog 0 as a custom gauge (there was not a premade setup for this)
Voltage setup 0.5V = 0 psi and 4.5V = 150 psi.
Gauge reads 45 psi, sensor data shows 680 psi
I went to raw voltage. Gauge and sensor data read the same. Back to voltage setup and the gauge and sensor data are off.
It works for the AFR gauge, but that was a preset in KPro3. It is off for my Oil pressure, fuel pressure and oil temp gauges when I input the data from AEM instructions.

What am I doing wrong??

What software version are you using? What values are you using for the custom input settings?
45 * 14.68 is close to 680 psi so I suspect that you are inputting the values in psi rather than bar.

3.3.1.
I went back and put the values in as bar and Celsius and it works properly now. I assumed incorrectly that whatever units I chose for display (psi) that that would be the values I entered in the custom value setting. I left the display say psi, but entered the Values as bar anc it worked fine. Same for temp when I left the display say F, but input the custom values as C.

How would I know to do it that way? I looked thru all the help stuff and it never mentioned what the preset measurement value is for the custom menu.

Thank you for the help.

This was fixed some time again in the software. The version of KManager you are using is almost a year old.

Ok. I only saw the new beta version of the software, so didn't download it. If I download the new software, will I need to redo the settings under the custom tab?

Curiously I seem to have run into the same issue in 4.1.5.0.

I was setting up an analog input:

Conversion = Custom
Type = Pressure
Unit = psi
Voltage Offset = 0
Smoothing = Maximum (though the display still seems a bit 'twitchy'...possibly discussion for another thread)

Custom Input

Voltage = 0.5 / Value = 0
Voltage = 4.71 / Value = 120 (psi)

This gave me an output on the 'Sensors" display which was way too high. After some 'trial / error', it seemed like entering a value of around 8 (instead of the 120) was getting me pretty close. Then I calculated 120psi = 8.27 bar, so I put in 8.27 and it seemed to bring everything pretty close.

For pressure the custom conversion values are in bar.
