I uploaded the stock calibration to the ECU
Popup box says upload complete
I click on unlock vehicle from dropdown
The box pops up to upload stock calibration, ,, which I already did multiple times.
Please help.

You need to return the ECU to stock first, which is different from uploading a stock equivalent calibration.
