What version of S300 is it ?

Looks like gen1 but it has different memory chip installed. Looks like its non-volative memory there.
Is it original from Hondata ?

Yes this is an original version 1 s300 from Hondata. The original chip (battery backup) has been replaced with a battery-less non-volatile memory chip by Hondata.

just one question, is it a normal to have some type of edge boards near persistent leg ? Is it a workable state?

This is normal and it will work.
