s300 cuts spark and fuel when VTEC...

Hello there
Im having a VERY strange issue with an Hondata S300 in a B18 integra. Car has worked fine for quite a few time, but some weeks ago, for no reason at all, the ecu completely cuts off the injectors and the spark (you can see the 0.0ms) at the point where the VTEC comes in. The ECU does not power off, because I can continue seeing all the parameters, but you can see spark and fuel cut (like when the fuel cuts on overrun). If you let off the throttle, the ECU returns the fuel and spark and you can continue accelerating normally (and VTEC works well)...
This happens always when I floor the car from low RPM (like on a dynorun) and it is very annoying. Im not getting any codes whatsoever. Im only getting a code related to the air temp sensor which I have been unable to solve.
I have changed practically all the hardware involved. At first I thought it was a faulty TPS, then I tried with a new MAP sensor, new VTEC solenoid. I even bough a new S300 and the problem persists. From what it looks on the computer, there is some setting im missing somewhere that is cutting everything, I dont know why, but like a "failsafe". I have tried all the possible settings one can think of, without luck. I have read the manuals like 3 times, but I have been unable to find the problem. I already had a few experimented tuners in town to take a look at it and they are clueless...
Im attaching the latest ECU file and a few datalogs. In the latest datalog you can see that as soon as I let off the throttle, fuel comes back...
One more thing. If I completely disable VTEC in the settings, the car works great, no breakups, but of course, without VTEC
