The problem: while trying to run a gas and water methanol tune on the car before getting into race gas, through out the rpm range everything went great. Until my tuner got to 8000 rpm the engine started breaking up, it sounded like a rev limiter being engaged. He tried gapping the plugs but that didnt change anything. He tells me he thinks it could possibly be the CPR unit after we looked over the datalog. Here are the two datalog files he made for me to send to you guys, and the calibration.

What spark plugs are you using?

The spark plugs are BKR8EIX

I notice that you are not at 100% throttle on either of these runs, why is that?

I looked at the calibrations, it looks as though my tuner had set the TPS reading for maximun 88.01 Im not certain to why it was set or reading to the percent. In the two datalogs it shows TPS at 88% the other 93% at WOT while doing the pull.
Is this something that has potential to cause this kind of problem?

I would start by getting it to read correctly and see if that resolves any issues, if it does then there is no need to troubleshoot further.

im also having this issue. S300 V3, CPR, E98, BKR6EIX. Never had issues with breaking up with my setup until this saturday on the dyno. Couldnt finish tuning on motor, car is on a 125shot. Car is breaking up around 7000. I tried different plugs, gaps, and dizzy sensors with no success. Ive had issues with my tps reading fine but recalibrating fixed the issue, so i will try that, i open up a stock map and adjust sensor my hand on a stock type r map, then i calibrate in my tuned map. If that doesnt work i will try switching ecu, cpr box, and coils. Sorry for lack of detailed info but one of the things im gonna try this week is going back to a old SMANAGER version.
