8000 Rpm Break up on dyno

The engine is a B16a
Hondata s300 and CPR
sleeved block
9.5 compression pistons
Eagle Rods
skunk2 pro1 cams springs and retainers
R/C 1000 cc injectors
edelbrock intake manifold
70 mm throttle body
omni 4 bar map sensor
aem fuel rail and regulator
-8an feed -6an return fuel lines
Water methanol
6262 turbo
The problem: while trying to run a gas and water methanol tune on the car before getting into race gas, through out the rpm range everything went great. Until my tuner got to 8000 rpm the engine started breaking up, it sounded like a rev limiter being engaged. He tried gapping the plugs but that didnt change anything. He tells me he thinks it could possibly be the CPR unit after we looked over the datalog. Here are the two datalog files he made for me to send to you guys, and the calibration.
