Serial output to motec dash

Hi, I'm trying to get a hondata (hardware version 2) to work talk to a motec c125 dash.

I've wired E24 to the RX pin on the dash, and set the multiplexer to "datalogger (9600)" but the dash doesn't receive anything.

Is the datalogger supported on the V2? It is a PRB ECU. Any other ideas?

Does the Motec expect TTL serial or RS232 serial? What packet format does the Motec use? Is it the same as the this: http://www.hondata.com/help/kmanager/se ... sub=serial

I believe it's TTL (0v low), but I'll have to confirm that later with Motec. They do support the Hondata, and the packet format they have configured is exactly as described in that link.

The KPro I have appears to be quite old (SN: 4036) if that makes any difference.

Can someone at least confirm whether or not it should work based on the hardware info? If no, fine, I'll upgrade to a V4 and try the CAN functionality. If it is, and this is the level of support that's available, then I'll buy something else.

If the Motec expects TTL then its not going to work as the ECU output is 12V/0V. I'd get the exact voltage and polarity from Motec first.
