Kpro wont upload

Ive been having this problem where my kpro wont upload any kals. Says its online and the drivers are installed but when i click upload to upload the kal it goes from online to error? Any way to fix this?

What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?
