Flashpro missing

Hi kindly advice .

I brought a second hand car and the car is lock on to Hondata
And I brought a second Hondata is unlock I try to tune it but it say error ...

Is there anyway to unlock the ecu .?

According to the screen the FlashPro is not locked.
What error are you getting, and at what point do you get the error?
