Upgrading to Kpro4

I would like to upgrade to Kpro v4. do i just fill out the form and mail it with my v3 and money order? or do i have to go through a dealer? any info would be great!

You do not need to go through a dealer. You must send payment, the form and the ECU with the K-Pro to be upgraded.

Calibration of v3 is functional upgrading to version 4? Is it necessary to modify it?

The calibrations are the same between all K-Pro versions. You should not need to make any changes.

Between PRA and PRB too? Between PRB- and PNF?

Between the KPro, KPro-II, KPro3 & KPro4 the calibrations are the same. Between the PRA, PRB, PND & PNF there are differences, but in any case the calibration will load the binary it is associated with and no other.

So... You need PRB v4 to copy from PRB v3 for example...
It would be interesting , a table in which hear cases where it is possible to switch between versions (from/to PRA, PRB, PND & PNF)

Hi I have a quick question, if I send in my old kpro unit in, can you copy my current kal on there and paste it to the kpro v4 upgrade? Please let me know thank very much

With every upgrade we copy the calibration over. However, if the ECU security was set then we can't read out the existing calibration and have to use a default calibration.

Turn around time is around 2 days. We do a lot the same day, but sometimes we only receive USPS/FedEx/UPS at 2pm, and they pick up at 4pm, so they go out the next day.

Thanks I just sent my kpro out off my civic si today, hopefully I get it back early next week , also I wanna know if possible to upgrade my other kpro in my tsx?

A great thing should be you to allow european dealer to upgrade directly without sending ecu in USA
It cost 110€ (probably 140$) and it is impossible to be sure everything will be fine during this "trip"
in this case, is the 250$ +50$ upgrade is good for you to send in europea the ecu+kprov4???
what in case of control, import taxes etc?
