Hondata

i have taken my hondata chip out and placed it in another ecu, then plugged tht ecu into my car, and it primes

my stock ecu will prime my car

but my ecu with hondata will not prime it.

and it will not prime another car

i have seen this issue in the forums. i am confused as to how its resolved. ive had a capacitor re soldered.
still nothing.

can i send it in and you guys can fix it or is it not salvageable?

fuel pump capacitors need replacing. a quick fix is to cut wire A7 on the harness (Fuel pump) and ground the wire (harness side not ecu side). This will make the fuel pump be on all the time. it will not turn on and shut off. i ran several ecus like this with no problems.

Which capacitor is fr fuel pump? Ive replaced one. Nt sure if its the right one nw. Otherwise ill b going with the a7 solution.
