Previous owner had flashpro. Rebate questions.

Bought my civic in july and I've just received a new flashpro from KMS. Flash of the ECU went fine and registered the vehicle with Hondata. The previous owner of the vehicle had flashpro as well with the same ecu. Would I be eligible for a rebate since it's the same car?
