K manager 3.3.1 not opening

I recently got kpro and installed it on my car and downloaded the 3.3.1 version of kmanager. Everything worked smooth but now, 3 days later, i cant seem to open the kmanager link on my laptop. i tried uninstalling and re-downloading it but it still does not open up. It just does a loading symbol when i double click but never boots up. It just decided to not open up from one day to another, i didnt change any settings to my computer either if that makes a difference.
