Just installed plm header do u stick with same cal I've been tuning or go with itr toda kal?

I have a 2006 rsx type s with aem v2, greddy evo2, kpro and I just installed a plm race header, I have tuning the cai dyno cal that's on kpro after installing header should I stay on the same cal and keep tuning with header or start all over with the itr toda header cal on kpro?
