HELP ABOUT K PRO REGISTRATION

I recently bougth a honda civic type r EP3 europeam model but car car already came whith a kpro on it and the place that i bougth the car didnt even now about it and i have already dwonload the kmanager and made the registration that aloud me to creat this acount, now when i try to conet on the k manager says invalide user nane.

is there any whay of passing this registration to me or there is a nother way
