So trying to get a tune on a little build:

D15 block
D16Y8 head/manifold/injectors
T25 turbo @ < 5 PSI

I started with the stock P28 .cal file, added boost tables. Was WAY rich - like pulled probably 20% fuel out of it to get it to run descent. 2 questions:

1. Having issues with it running it the column 4 - 6 ranges, like when I data log it keeps wanting me to make column 5 richer than column 6... an obvious issue - thoughts?
2. My RPM when data logging never seems to match what the engine is running at? Like my tach will be right on 3k and it'll show me in the 3400 range... thoughts?

Your tach is probably not reading correctly as the ECU will be accurate as it is what is running the engine.

You cannot always go by what the datalog says for the suggested adjustments. You may have to artistically smooth out the fuel tables.

I've got it fixed now. I some how managed to adjust a portion of the "6" column below the "5" column in the fuel table.... runs good now, thanks.
