Hondata

Car was recently pulled from storage, fuel pump won't prime and solid CEL. A different ECU/s300 and the car runs perfect. Faulty Hondata s300 ser# 12194. ECU tests ok on a moates Engine simulator, ECU is a 37820-P06-A01. When uploading the s300 on the moates engine simulator you can upload and datalog only once but with no fuel pump output. When you shut off datalog you can't re-upload or restart datalogging. Is there a repair service through hondata available? Thank you
