Boost control not working in PNF base code

So, I was tuning a 2002 Civic SI that was turbocharged today. I use the hondata boost control solenoid that the customer had. There was no change in boost. I commanded the solenoid to pulse at idle, no pulse. No pulse coming from the ECU.

So I ported over the tune to a PRB base code and boom, the boost control worked. Asked around and others had this issue. Anyone else have this issue? I can post the KALs if needed, but viewing them I do not think it would solve anything (same settings in both to pulse the solenoid at idle).
