kpro S1 wideband not working, batt voltage between pins A1A24

The wideband is wired in as per the hondata wiring for k20. I get a sensor heater wiring malfunction DTC P1166. I checked the service manual and the first thing it says to do is check voltage between A1 and A24 and if there is battery voltage then a new ecu is needed? I have battery voltage but surely that is correct as it means current is flowing to the o2 heater relay coil as A1 is AFS HTC.

What is the part number of the ECU?

If the Factory service manual tells you this means the ECU is damaged, then it probably is.

Have you tried the ECU in a known working vehicle to see if it has the same error?

No but I could send it to a friend to test who has a k pro car. I will try that first.

does the lambda heater relay have to be a solid state relay or can it be a std relay? I used the std relay pack main, fuel and what I think is the lambda relay from a dc5 integra.
