k24a2 block with k20a R head what should i do ?

i have some questions here.
i have a k24a2 with k20a R head on it. I know Kpro is the best way to go .but i cant find any kpro tuner around my area.
so i guess i better just use flashed ecu then run it as is ?
can i use a base rsx ecu then reflash it to k24a2 with R head spec map ?
hondata can load 2 basemaps into ECU right ?
how do i switch programs ?

if i run complete k20a R block , can i use base rsx ecu flash it to k20a R spec ? (coz i think hondata k20a map will outperf a stock PRC ecu right ? ) i want use base rsx ecu coz it with a flash will cost similer to a stock PRC ecu
