Problem with S300 uploading

I can't get my S300 to upload any calibrations to my ECU. Its just keeps coming up saying fault with uploading - try again.

ECU is recognised by the software when I turn the ignition on and I can datalog but not upload and it won't show any readings, I'd assume with the ignition on I should be able to see the TPS sensor change when I press the throttle?

Thanks

S300 V2 23576
Version 2.2.3.0
EE9 Civic with B20VTEC
OBD1 P28 VTEC ECU
All stock sensors apart from narrowband replaced with wideband

When ignition is turned on it says ECU is connected, but I can't seem to upload any calibrations to it. Also its not giving me any data, its my first time using Hondata but I'm assuming as soon as the ECU is connected it should give me live readings of Voltage and throttle position etc?

Anyone

I've tried everything, but can't get it working, ECU says its online but it doesn't do anything when I click upload and I am getting no live readings from the sensors or anything.

Are you clicking the button to begin datalogging in the software?

No, didn't think I'd have to be data logging to get live sensor readings. Assumed it would be like my Link software where it gives you all the readings just as long as the ECU is connected.

Are you saying that unless it is datalogging I won't get any readings displayed? Such as throttle position and voltage?

That is correct.

Well, that didn't help, tried again and started datalogging, still no sensor data and I couldn't change anything on the ECU like fueling.

Don't want to have to spend another £550 or so on a new ECU when I've a brand new one here that doesn't work, not getting any help from the company I bought it from either.

Is there anywhere I can go for some proper support?

Who did you purchase this from?

H-Tune, company based in Scotland.

Just to confirm I'm doing nothing wrong I'll tell you what I'm doing.

Open S-Manager, open my basemap, check all settings are ok for what I need.

Connect ECU to laptop, turn on ignition, ECU is saying on line in S Manager.

Click upload, press F10 to start datalogging (still nothing to this point) start car anyway, still nothing, no sensor data, car starts but that's it, running rich at idle, try to reduce the fueling but nothing I do makes any change.

Is that all correct or am I doing something wrong?

Who socketed the ECU the s300 is installed into? Has J12 been cut?

H-Tune socketed and installed the S300. J12 has been removed.

H-Tune is not an authorized Hondata dealer. I can see that this was originally sold to a dealer in the US (Xenocron Tuning). You should contact them about this as it seams they have sold outside the US which is against the Hondata dealer agreement.

I will try contacting them but I can't see what good it would do.

I tried up dating the USB drivers and even using the older software and a different laptop, but still the same problems, its got to be a hardware fault.
