vtec?

is it possible for a p75 ecu to have vtec? I am running a d16z6 in a 1993 Honda del sol s with the s300 and it needs to have vtec from the research ive done it appears to have the components already in it to enable vtec. Just wondering if anyone could tell me exactly what needs to be in the ecu to enable vtec? the number below the barcode is 37820-p75-a51 if that helps
