o2 sensor issue!!!!

Hey guys I've looked around but can't really find the right information.
Anyways.

I've got an EK1 with a B18CR with a dc2r/d16y4 harness made by someone, ive always ran the JDM B18C ECU with no issues and no CEL code.

2 years laters....

I've upgraded to a p30 ecu with Hondata v3 and a jumper harness from ob2a to obd1.
I go to plug it in and it threw on the code 41 o2 heater, so I disabled that. Then i notice my idle drops every time i rev it. So then I decided to make the o2 sensor open loop and the issue went away.


Any ideas whats going on with the o2 heater code and why my car runs crap with the o2 sensor at closed rather than open loop.

please check o2 heater wiring back for o2 heater code. Also it might help if your posting calibration and datalog.
