s300j v3 after keyon fuelpump dosenot stop after few second.

Dose anybody come across this problem?
When we replace with s300j v2, everything is ok.
Dose it related with the registeration of userid?
Is there any standard process to register the s300j v3?
Please give me some info to soft this problem. Tq.

From Help, About, what version of software are you using?

Have you uploaded a calibration to the s300?

Newers version 2.3.3.0.
Try a lot calibration but all are same problem.
Now fuel pump doesnot runing at all.

What is the serial number that is on the s300j inside the ECU?

Does it related to S300 software version?
The only infomation that we found diffrence from the good Hondata S300J v3 is:
-good one software version is 2.3.2
-problem board has software version 2.3.3

Please check this issue also. Tq very much.

Go to the online menu, and click on Erase ECU, let this finish, it may take several minutes. When it finishes, close the program and reopen it. Then go to the new calibration window, open a calibration and upload it to the ECU.

Contact the dealer this was purchase so they can obtain an RMA and send this in for you.
