Hi new to the s300. My friend installed the chip in the ECU himself and when I tried to upload a calibration seemed like nothing happened and once I select the tap to datalogg with the lightening bolt nothing is reading on the sensors in the display. Looks like there is a problem with the ECU communicating with the laptop. Could he have damaged anything installing the chip?

Has J12 been cut in the ECU?

There is nothing in that location.

Post high resolution in focus pictures of the inside of the ECU where it has been socketed from the top and bottom of the ECU.

Thanks for your help but my friend is buying a hondata ready ecu. Im pretty sure he broke his old one, good thing he as a spare p28. Thanks again.
