Computer Crashing

Hi, I'm running FlashPro Manager 1.9.1.0 as of two days ago. Every time I connect my unit via USB, after about 1-3 minutes, my computer will bluescreen and reboot. I have successfully been able to upload a basemap, install basemap to vehicle and upload a datalog but suffered 3 crashes during use. My computer has never crashed and this has been the only change. It only crashes when connected via USB to the FlashPro. I attached a copy of the problem signature.
Computer specs:
Windows 7 64 bit
AMD FX6300 six-core 3.5ghz
8gb ram
SP1
FlashPro serial # FP-2012Si-110338

Bluescreen is from something in kernel mode; FlashProManager runs in user mode so can't bluescreen.
It probably is a kernel mode USB driver. To find out exactly what is the cause you need to do this:
1. Find the minidump and copy it from the windows location to somewhere else, otherwise windows won't allow you to upload it in step three. In your case the minidump is at C:\Windows\Minidump\081614-13228-01.dmp, so using windows exploerer copy 081614-13228-01.dmp to c:\
2. Navigate to
http://www.osronline.com/page.cfm?name=analyze
3. Upload the file and after about 30 seconds you should get a crash analysis. Post it here.
Alternatively post the .dmp file here.

It is from EtronXHCI.sys This is a driver from Etron Technology Inc, probably for a USB host controller.
What you need to do next is update the drivers for any Etron hardware.
The Etron drivers should be at:
http://www.etron.com/en/products/u3hc_d ... oduct_ID=6
Installing the above drivers should update them, but there is a chance that you'll need to go into device manager and manually update the drivers. Try installing the above drivers first and see. I'm fairly sure when you run the driver installation you'll need to do it as administrator.

Well sir, you sure know your stuff. My usb driver's needed to be updated. I've had the unit plugged in for over an hour and it's good to go. Thank you, great service!

Sounds fixed. If there are any further blue screens then follow the procedure to analyze the minidump and post the results here.
