need a good tune,-new to tuning

Can anyone help me tune my 94gsr turbo with a built LS-V its currently running 7lbs. But im lookimg to get more power while still not blowing the motor. I am new to tuning a ECU and dont want to take it to the local dyno I habe heard and seen to many bad tunes from them resulting in blowimg motors while on the dyno. I have the hondata S300 and have the SManager on my laptop I just dont want to put in a bad tune and blow the motor any help would be great or any maps would be great also thanks
