S300 issues

Cant upload any calibrations with the newer software.
Also other issues showen in pic. Do i send this to hondata to do a diagnostics?

What is the serial number that is on the s300 inside the ECU?

Sort of similar to my problem, except that when I go to S300 info it doesn't bring anything up, at all.
