Throttle tip in retard
This table determines the degree of ignition retard upon throttle tip in, set by gear.  A lower value is less retard, a higher value is more retard.

Let's say the base ignition map calls for 20 degrees at a given load/rpm where we are tipping in throttle. What will be the resultant timing for the following values?

-100%
0%
100%

-100% would give you 20* but for the other values I think you just have to play around with it to see what works for you
