Need help with Calibrations

I recently did a k24a in to an 03 Rsx type S and swap went good and hooked up my kpro and uploaded the stock K24 Kal and when it turns on it has a nasty surging idle,Smoke coming out the exhaust can send one help me out am i using the wrong Calibration? Have some datalogs on what its doing hopefully someone can help me out there
