pra ecu k pro v3 on line but ignition off ?

My car is ep3 european .
when I m using pra ecu with my friends kpro v3 it's online and ignition on. But when ı m using pra ecu with my kpro v3 its online but ignition OFF! ?
how can ı solve this problem?

Have you tried swapping the K-Pro boards from one ECU to the othe to determine if it is the ECU or the K-Pro? Have you contacted the dealer that installed this for you to have them test it for you?
