Kpro Codes/Issues K swap Integra?????

Vehicle Type- 1997 Acura Integra GSR Chassis
Serial number of my K-Pro- 2068-700927
Version of Software 3.3.1.0
ECU Part Number- 37820-PRB-A07
KManager version- 3.3.1.0
- the calibration I assume this is what the car is running for the calibration.

- a datalog of a problem-
- anything about the car which has been modified from stock which may affect the ECU -
Car is a bone stock 2004 RSX Type S K20A2 motor, race header, 3in exhaust, DC sport CAI, RRC Intake manifold, stock TB, Karcepts adapter plate, stock Type S 6spd trans, RC440cc injectors. I bought the car already swapped ran pretty well for the past few months, unsure of the previous tune the old owner said the car made 196whp on their hub dyno. I re-dynoed the car on a local dynocom and made 210whp. Only mod i've done since was the RRC intake manifold which I did about 2 weeks ago, haven't gotten it retuned yet, but car has been running fine just driving around.

Bought the car from a guy in Virgina, he worked at a shop called Custom Car Care (they seem to do alot of road race cars/hondas)
I'm not local i'm from North Carolina.

July 21st - 1st sight of a CEL appeared, car started to feel like it was losing power and giving it gas the car felt like it was choking out trying to cut off after 5mins of driving it. Parked car, went in the house pulled out laptop and hooked up my computer last night showed an error code of this...

I attempted to upload the one and only preset "new calibrations" which was the stock k20a2 map with 440cc injectors for a PRB ECU but to no avail, nothing changed still CEL, not sure if I even loaded it up the correct way as I got this error message about trying to upload from the ECU instead of the computer. Also got this error message last night as well as I was trying to upload a map.

In a nutshell my fuel pump wouldn't stop priming last night with the key in the ON position, then sometimes it would prime then stop like it's suppose to, then the car would turn over but not fire up. So fast forward to this morning I go outside plug the ECU in the car and it fires right up, fuel pump primes like normal, still have a CEL and now I have 2 new codes mind you my old P1607 is no longer showing up. Car won't rev past 2,500 and sounds like it has a limiter set on it. I'm stumped :/ I'm savy with B series all day, but K's are fairly new and i'm not quite up to speed on a full understanding here. Any help would be appreciated as I have tried to give as many details as possible so we aren't playing guessing games sorry for the long winded post. Here are the codes as of this morning.
