coil pack retrofit

I have a 1999 Honda Accord Sedan 5 speed manual transmission with a engine swap H 23 from a prelude I've done all the wiring I have an S 300 for my CPR to work I have all the light to flash I've checked all the the grounds and I still can't get any spark I've tried all the troubleshooting advice. I still can't get her to give me a spark I don't know what else to try I'm hoping I can get more ideas can't really find anything on the website about H series motors or F series motors with CPR anyone to help me out I would gladly appreciated thank you.

Does it get spark with just the distributor running with the s300?

Yes it receives spark at the distributor.

My real question has anyone done coil pack retrofit fit on a 98-99 accord or 1999 prelude?

IS this an OBD1 or OBD2 H23? Is it USDM or JDM?
