BWR 4 Bar Map Sensor w/s300 V1

Hi guys
I am running the version one of s300 on my boosted GSR. It is a p72 ecu and has worked wonderfully over the past two years.
Recently, I upgraded my MAP sensor to a BWR (Blackworks Racing) 4 bar map sensor (friend had one laying around the shop) and when I looked into the quick select for MAP sensors I did not see it there. I recently updated my software (which BWR tech told me to check) and still no change. I was wondering if anyone knew what to put in the scalar and offset boxes to get the map to work. I tried the formula in the help file and the car wouldnt even start. I called BWR and they gave me the scailing chart for the 4 bar sensor.

400 Kpa map sensor Test voltage: 5V
Test Pressure (Kpa) 25 50 75 100 125 150 175 200 225 250 275 300 325 350 375 400
Voltage .53 .82 1.11 1.47 1.77 2.06 2.32 2.61 2.9 3.19 3.47 3.76 4.05 4.33 4.62 4.91

Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

Hi Hondata, How did you get the offset to be -250? I want to make sure I use the correct values for this map sensor.

These are my calculations below:

BWR 4 Bar:
400KPA MAP SENSOR
Test voltage: 5V

pressure(KPA): 25 50 75 100 125 150 175 200 225 250 275 300 325 350 375 400
pressure(mbar): 250 500 750 1000 1250 1500 1750 2000 2250 2500 2750 3000 3250 3500 3750 4000
range: 3750

voltage(V): 0.53 0.82 1.11 1.47 1.77 2.06 2.32 2.61 2.9 3.19 3.47 3.76 4.05 4.33 4.62 4.91
range: 4.38

3750/4.38 = scalar: 856.16

856.16 x 0.53 = offset: 453.76

0.53 x 856.16 - 453.76 = 0.0048
4.91 x 856.16 - 453.76 = 3749.98

https://www.hondata.com/help/smanager/m ... offset.htm

Scalar = 3750 / 4.38 = 856 mbar

Voltage at zero pressure = 0.238V

Offset = 0.238V * 856 * -1 = -200 mbar

Yes, I calculate -203 mbar offset rather than -250 mbar.
