part throttle vtec cant engage

hi there recently I been using auto tune function but I having this problem I can vtec at light throttle it just keep bogging down but it can vtec perfectly at full throttle ... I am not sure is it related .. previously I didn't have this problem can someone help

40% short term trim on the high cam at light throttle. It needs further tuning, but it also could be an exhaust leak or similar throwing off the o2 sensor.
