need help with Immobilize

When the key is on, the Immoblizer light just flashes and the car will not start. I tried turning off the Immobilize and unplugging the unit around the key and the car will still just crank and not start. Side note: Batt is in the trunk with a cut off switch on the dash. I read the Immobilizer sticky and if I understand correctly with the Immobilizer disabled in ECM it should start without a matching key,all though my key does match. I have checked all my work. Any help would be great, thanx.

After you disable the immobilizer have you uploaded the calibration to the ECU and then removed the key and then tried to start again?

Is this the original ECU from the vehicle? What vehicle is this being used in?

Can you try this ECU in a different vehicle, either another civic, or an RSX. It should start them with the immobilizer disabled.

I'm getting no power to fuel pump with KOEO. Fuses, relays and the circuit are good.

Let's start by following the posting guidelines: http://www.hondata.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=3629

Is this an engine swap? Has the engine run before on that ECU?

I'd guess that the ECU has never been used in the vehicle and the ECU fuel relay output is burnt out, but please provide the above information and we'll help.

2005 Honda Civic Si
K-Pro 12603
37820-PNF-A13
366309-4X13
3.3.1.0

Not a swap and the car ran before the K-Pro install. Batt is in the hatch with 2g wire and a cut off switch on the dash then to starter and then fuse box. Car turns over all day long but is getting no fuel. Immobilizer light flashing and no power to pump, even with immobilizer disabled in K-Pro.

Sry for not following the guidelines when posting at first and thanks for the help.

BTW I can here the relay turning on under the dash. You're saying the output on it could be bad?

Try the ECU in a known working vehicle with the immobilizer disabled.

I'm showing that is is over a year old, did it ever work? Did you purchase this used?

I don't have another car I can try the ECU with. Is that the only test I can do to see if the ECU is working?

I bought the ECU brand new from K-series. I'm just now getting to where the car is ready to start.
