i have a problem with my kpro, trying to upload another cal and i get this.


do you guys know what the problem is ?

The error occurs when you are download from the ECU - correct?

Close all windows in KManager and try again.

yes when downloading from ecu

have tried that, also have tried another laptop same problems.

Close all the windows, try to download, and if you get an error either send the exception report or post a screenshot.

From Help, About, what is the version of software that you are using?

i have used the latest software, but the cal. on the ecu is from an older one.

No, because in the screen shot KManager has windows open. Did you close the windows and re-test, or have you just answered the question by telling us that you had previously tried this?

Please, close all the windows and re-test. If that fails, post a screen shot of the exception report.

But did you close the windows as well as not datalogging? It's taking some time to get you to test these items.
