I plan to buy Dell Windows 8.1 tablet with 32GB memory and a micro USB port.
If I download KManager onto this device and find an adaptor for the cable, can I use this to communicate with the K-Pro III like I do with my laptop?

As long as it is Windows, not Windows RT, then it should work.
