Will flashpro work with my Hondata reflash ecu

I have an 06 civic si with the Jackson racing supercharger kit, and I have the Hondata reflash ecu that I'm guessing came with the supercharger kit. I was wondering if the flashpro that I just purchased from somebody that's being delivered today will work on the reflash ecu that I currently have on my car or am I going to have to go and find and buy a stock ecu to use the flashpro. Please if anyone knows the answer to this let me know preferably Hondata themselves. Thanks.
