Ignition hesitation problem

thats the car:
Euro TypeR EP3 with BrainCrower stage2 cams

K-100 Rev1 01001091
Calibration Type: PRA - Euro Civic TypeR/S2000
K-Manager 3.3.0

Mostly on low rpm I have problem with ignition retarding, but I dont see a reason why this is happen, can you help me?
