ok so i have a s300 v2 and v3 the v2 has been working fine, i got the v3 today and installed it, registered it, and it will not let me upload anything or data log. i noticed when the v3 is pluged in i get checks on everything, in the s300 window, but the software shows 2.3.0 but the v2 shows 2.3.3 and i am definitely on 2.3.3. any ideas what this could be

- version of software 2.3.3
- vehicle 95 Honda Civic D16z6
- p28

No offence guys but I need to know if I need to return it or not.

With everything plugged in and the key in the on position, please go to the Help menu and click on send information to Hondata support. Include a detailed description of the problem.
