s300v3 issues with on-board datalog

Issue: Invalid data on on-board datalog files.

Issues began to arise after on-board datalogging was triggered via switched input (service connector) WHILE on bluetooth datalog via Android app. Analog input data is invalid on datalogs from on-board, however when recorded on SManager data is valid. There is also an instance when the all data was invalid (i.e. +300mph).

Tried: Two different laptop's and two ecu's

See attached datalogs and calibration.

Followed directions to create new calibration per Javier, and emailed him my new calibration and datalogs....no response. Still having same on-board datalogging issues. Need help as my on-board datalogging feature is not functional.

Your software is not up to date. Download the current version from the downloads section of the website and retest.

Attached calibration and datalog files were pull from SM ver. 2.4.4.0, s300v3 serial number 30298.

Per instruction from Javier and results:
Erased computer, created a new calibration and uploaded to s300, datalogged from SM and on-board to show the issues I'm having. SM datalog checks out fine with all sensors reading correctly however on-board datalog still has false reads on the auxiliary inputs (AN1-7) from what I see. See attachments.

The analog inputs display correctly here (AN1 & 2 pressure, AN3-7 temperature).

Please look at the attached screen captures of both on board and smanager displays, i.e. Oil Pressure (AN1).

Smanager will datalog both real time and record all sensors+analog inputs correctly (validated reads of temperatures by letting the car warm up and pressures by bliping throttle).

ON BOARD datalog will not record analog inputs correctly (values all erratic, or fixed). Case in point, oil pressure shows 2.4psi....not correct at all. Clearly the on board datalogging function/files are erroneous.

Do I have a faulty s300v3?

Ok, thanks for the additional information. We believe we have identified a problem, related to whether the USB is plugged in or not when the vehicle is switched on and the analog inputs. It probably is the cause of the problem you're seeing (it is not your S300).
We'll make up a new software release for testing shortly.

Smanager 2.5.0.0 did NOT resolve the on-board datalogging issue.

Your calibration works here. Did you upload to the ECU with 2.5.0 and delete the datalogs?

Erased ecu, uploaded calibration, datalog. All on 2.5.0.0. Thoughts?

No it didn't, on board datalog doesn't work.
