Where are you located and where did you buy the s300?
Does the s300 get hot?

Xenocron sold to you directly?

I have not seen this before on a S300. On other ECUs usually a floating ground plane which causes reverse polarity for the components are the cause of damage.

what is surprising is that after c control all seems ok, the ecu works without Hondata. might this come from analog input?

Normally once the ground floats then it grounds through the USB cable. I'm not sure if this is what has happened in your case.
