1000cc injector idle/leanout

Hey everyone,
Ive been using the s300 on my turbo 95 honda 1.6 for a while now. It has been tuned and has worked great. I have just changed over the injector's from 450cc to 1000cc. I understand that the injector size needs to be changed and uploaded into the ecu for the injectors to work properly. Other than changing that parameter, is there anything else needed to get the car to idle properly? My car is basically surging once injectors were installed and now running uncomfortably lean. I can barely even drive the car and its so lean that my AF gauge is barely reading at all ( full lean ). When I installed the injectors i made sure that the o-rings were in good shape, and that there are no fuel leaks. If I hold the idle up @ around 1100, the car still surges with my foot on the gas. I can correct in the low speed fuel table and it will increase and decrease correctly. But still surging and lean. Its almost like the car isn't getting enough fuel at all, which I thought would be the total opposite when I upgraded to such a larger size injector. Any suggestions ?
